As a Retail Merchandiser with Bluth, your everyday will include exploring your creative side while interacting with top national retailers. As a member of our team of merchandisers you will expand your wheelhouse of skills by working across various retailers on their merchandising execution. Key Responsibilities: - Travel locally to complete store visits within assigned field territory - Reset sections, end caps, & shelving according to planogram - Build interactive displays by following instructions/schematics & using a variety of hand-held tools - Troubleshoot to ensure power displays are updated & fully functional - Set up or install electronics & connect devices to various media players - Complete tasks such as stocking, auditing/inventory, cleaning, updating signage, etc. - Maintain communications with remote Field Manager via phone & email - Submit online survey reports to document visits, including digital photos of completed work Desired Qualifications: - Experience in retail or similar hands-on work environment strongly preferred - High level of detail-orientation & adaptability to follow sets of directions, instructions, & diagrams - Ability to work independently as a remote field employee - Access to reliable vehicle transportation within local market area - Access to internet, printer, & smart device for training & reporting - Able to stand for long periods, stoop/climb ladders, & lift up to 50 lbs. - Access to basic hand-held & power tools
